These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Verify service (together, the "Services") operated by CyberInsurance.com, LLC ("CyberInsurance," "we," "us," or "our"). This is the website where you can purchase and complete real human verification, manage your verified profile, and access related account features. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using this site or the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or the Services.

2. Description of the Verify Service

On this website we offer "Verify" — a one-time paid real human verification for the employer market. The service includes:

• Checkout and payment: You pay a one-time fee (e.g. "Get Verified $3") via Stripe. After payment you are directed to a verification flow on this site.
• Verification steps: You verify your email and phone with one-time codes we send; you may also complete an optional government-issued ID check through our third-party provider (Vouched).
• Verified profile: Upon completion we create a verified profile for you and provide a shareable link (e.g. this-site.com/v/your-profile-id) that you or employers can use to confirm you completed verification.
• Account: You may create an account on this site to log in, edit your profile, update your email or phone, re-run identity verification, and manage your shareable verification link.
• Other features: This site may include articles, a contact form, and links to other CyberInsurance or third-party resources.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or this website at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Services are offered from the United States; if you access them from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may create an account on this site to log in, edit your profile, update contact info, and re-run verification. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at verify@cyberinsurance.com.

This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. CyberInsurance.com or partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

5. Fees and Payment

The Verify service requires a one-time fee (shown as "Get Verified $3" or similar on this site). The amount is shown before you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. All fees are in U.S. dollars. For refund requests, contact us; we will handle them in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Verification Process and Accuracy

You complete the verification steps (email code, SMS code, and optional ID check) in good faith. The ID step is powered by a third-party provider (Vouched). You agree to provide accurate information and valid, current identification. We do not guarantee any particular verification outcome; the "verified" status and shareable profile are provided "as is" based on the process and data available. You must not attempt to circumvent or falsify verification.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information for verification.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or any systems or networks used to provide them.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our or our providers' systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services without our permission.
• Use the Services to send spam, malware, or other harmful or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the site, content, design, logos, and technology, are owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent. You retain any rights you have in content you submit; you grant us a license to use that content as needed to provide and operate the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. VERIFICATION STATUS AND RELATED OUTCOMES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL USE AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERINSURANCE.COM, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF GREATER).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberInsurance.com, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a notice on the site). If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CyberInsurance.com, LLC regarding your use of this website and the Verify service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
